Kristin and Tyson's wedding day is going to be fairly small and intimate, spent with just their immediate families. They are going to have a post-wedding celebration after their honeymoon that will be spent with a more extended group of family and friends. Kristin asked if I would be up for designing invitations that featured a photo from their engagement shoot (photography by
Anne Ruthmann Photography). Of course I said yes!
I came up with this card design with their fun celebration at
Dave & Buster's in mind, and Kristin loved the stripes and funky typewriter font. We incorporated a line on the front of the card that tied the story of how they first met to the photo shown. In addition to the card creation, white envelopes with blue/green stripe accents were printed with the return/guest addresses. Kristin also added a custom photo stamp.
