Ever since I designed Michele's save the dates, I have been so excited about creating her glamorous film fest-inspired 50th birthday invitations. I again worked with her daughter, Heather, who is helping to coordinate this fabulous event!
The invitation itself was designed to look like a film festival poster. I incorporated rich shades of bronze and gold, along with a glam script font and a film reel that includes photos of the birthday girl.
Response postcards were designed to look like event tickets, complete with a tear-off ticket stubs that the "VIP Guests" will retain.
The accommodations card, listing various hotel options in near the Capitol Event Theatres venue in Toronto, completes this set. Heather mailed these invitations in a white poster mailing tube with gold and bronze film reel mailing labels that Plush Paper created.
