Rebekah & Michael : Wedding Invitations

Rebekah first emailed me with a photo of a pocketfold style invitation in her colors - hot pink, black and white and asked if I had something similar available. When we met to go through available color options, she chose a black linen pocketfold, a classic white for the invitation and inserts, and a hot pink metallic as an accent paper. For the design, she wanted simple but elegant, with pops of hot pink script being the highlight. The invitation design has a similar look as her wedding save the dates, with clean black stripe accents and a vintage ornament used throughout. The accommodations and response card and envelope were stacked in the pocket. Mailing and response envelopes were printed to coordinate with the invitation set. Rebekah and Michael's wedding will be at the English Inn in Lansing, Michigan...from the website, it looks like a spectacular venue for a wedding!

Chicago Bachelorette Party

I worked with Cindy's MOH, Melissa, to create these fun girls night out in the city themed bachelorette invitations. The main focal point is a silhouette of the Chicago skyline, where the party will be. Envelopes were printed to match, and silver liners add some extra flair.

Laura & Dan : Wedding Day Accents

Laura loved the frame that was designed for her wedding invitations, and wanted it to appear throughout their wedding paper accents. I also designed an ornate monogram of their married initials that appears on the ceremony programs and favor labels.

 Ceremony programs with their monogram

Photo guest book sign

Flat placecards which they are planning to display with wine corks! The two "B"s discretely communicate entree selections (beef) to the server.

Laura wanted her vows to her husband printed with a sage green version of the frame.

Laura and Dan love to travel and have some great photos together, so I created vellum table number bands with photo locations that will wrap around their framed photos.

Favor labels

Thank you cards for their rehearsal. I also designed thank you signs that they will hold up for photos on their wedding day, and later use to create a photo thank you card.

Rachel & Michael : Wedding Invitations

Not too long ago, Rachel contacted me about pocketfold invitations for her wedding. The main inspiration was their wedding colors - aubergine / plum and apple green. Love! As for the design style, she wanted a contemporary look with a frame surrounding the invitation. The border frame that she chose is a bold floral scroll pattern, and this was repeated as a background design on the postcard and the reception card inserts. Response postcard with their custom monogram stamp. A map of the wedding and accommodations location is featured on their guest information insert. As an alternative to inner envelopes, vellum wraps were printed with guests' names and wrapped around the beautiful textured plum pocketfolds. And lastly, the invitations will arrive in style in these square apple green mailing envelopes with printed envelope calligraphy.

Amy & Steve : Wedding Day Accents

Amy's list of wedding day paper accents kept getting bigger and bigger as time went by, and the items she asked me to do were so much fun to create! I designed a wedding day monogram featuring their last name and this was featured on many of their items, as was the Detroit skyline that appeared on their wedding invitations. Unity candle wrap featuring their wedding day monogram. Ceremony programs included their monogram, the skyline and a cute excerpt from Sex and the City! Thank you signs. Guests traveling in from out of town will receive gift bags in their hotel room. I designed Detroit skyline labels, a welcome letter and a Mr. And Mrs. dual CD set "Tunes for the trip home" to be included. The engagement photos shown on the CD items are by The Shooting Gallery. Their reception seating chart. Amy and Steve adore their pets, so we incorporated photos of them into the table number card design. "Love is Sweet" candy buffet sign and candy flavor tags. Label for the candy containers. Drink signs featuring their signature martini and shuttle / taxi cab information signs. And last but not least, fun "Let's Eat" menu cards for each place setting.
